BIOGRAPHY
Robert J. Hobbie II brings a relentless energy and formidable courtroom presence to every case handled. A graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society with a minor in History before pursuing the his family’s winning legacy in the honorable practice of personal injury law. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he sharpened the skills that would define his career as a fierce advocate for the injured.
From his earliest summers working at the highly renowned Hobbie & DeCarlo firm, Robert immersed himself in the realities of high-stakes litigation. Under the guidance of battle-tested trial attorneys, he developed combative instincts, sharp discipline, and ferocious tenacity necessary to take on powerful insurance companies and defendants unwilling to accept responsibility.
As a junior partner, Robert dedicates his practice exclusively to personal injury litigation, including but not limited to auto liability, premises liability, and products liability. Known for his unyielding competitive drive, Robert engages each case with tremendous focus—building airtight strategies, exposing negligence, and rabidly pushing for maximum recovery. His results speak for themselves: time and again, Robert has delivered exceptional outcomes for clients whose lives were upended by injury.
